We work to ISO 9001:2015. Before we hand anything over, we check it against what you asked for, and we fix whatever does not pass before we send the invoice.نعمل وفق معيار الأيزو ٩٠٠١:٢٠١٥. وقبل تسليم أي عمل نفحصه مقابل ما طلبتموه، ونصلح ما لا يجتاز الفحص قبل إرسال الفاتورة.
No worker starts on a site before going through safety instruction. Our people follow your site rules as well as ours, and if something happens our supervisor reports it the same day, not the next week.لا يباشر أي عامل العمل في الموقع قبل أن يتلقى تعليمات السلامة. ويلتزم عمالنا بقواعد موقعكم إلى جانب قواعدنا، وإذا وقع أي حادث يبلّغ عنه مشرفنا في اليوم نفسه، لا في الأسبوع التالي.
We recruit only through licensed offices. Every candidate is interviewed and tested on the actual work they will be doing, passes a medical, and holds a valid work permit before starting.نستقدم عبر مكاتب مرخصة فقط. ويُقابَل كل مرشح ويُختبر على العمل الفعلي الذي سيؤديه، ويجتاز الفحص الطبي، ويحمل تصريح عمل سارياً قبل مباشرة العمل.
Written contracts, social insurance, and pay that arrives on the day it should. If a worker has a problem, they call our office and we deal with it. Timelineمراحل العمل
Recruitment from abroad takes 30 to 45 days. These are the five stages and how long each one takes.يستغرق الاستقدام من الخارج من ٣٠ إلى ٤٥ يوماً. وهذه هي المراحل الخمس والمدة التي تستغرقها كل مرحلة.
Some stages run at the same time, which is how the whole thing fits inside 45 days. If the workers you need are already here in the Kingdom, it is much faster. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly which of the two applies. تجري بعض المراحل في وقت واحد، وهذا ما يجعل العملية كاملة تتم خلال ٤٥ يوماً. وإذا كانت العمالة المطلوبة موجودة داخل المملكة فالمدة أقصر بكثير. أخبرونا باحتياجكم وسنوضح لكم بصراحة أي الحالتين تنطبق عليه.

Hiring through licensed offices. Our recruitment team travels out to interview and test every candidate in person, then we complete the medical and visa and bring them in.الاستقدام عبر مكاتب مرخصة. يسافر فريق الاستقدام لدينا لمقابلة كل مرشح واختباره شخصياً، ثم ننجز الفحص الطبي والتأشيرة ونتولى إحضاره.
Civil and building work: site preparation, concrete and structural work, blockwork, plastering, site offices and worker accommodation.الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية: تجهيز الموقع والأعمال الخرسانية والإنشائية وأعمال البلوك واللياسة والمكاتب المؤقتة وسكن العمال.
